2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, profile photo, university affiliation, and professional details you provide during registration and onboarding.
  • Profile Data: Creative force type, industries of interest, collaboration preferences, personality assessment responses, professions, bio, portfolio links, and other profile information you choose to share.
  • Content: Messages, comments, check-ins, project updates, submissions, uploaded files, and other content you create or share on the Platform.
  • Collaboration Data: PACT agreements, equity allocations, checkpoint statuses, and other collaboration terms you enter into with other users.
  • Payment Information: If applicable, payment details processed through our third-party payment providers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, session duration, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and IP address.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and improve your experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
  • To match you with complementary collaborators through our Magic 48h and Matches features using your force type, preferences, and behavioral signals.
  • To facilitate collaboration through Missions, Mixtures, PACTs, and other Platform features.
  • To compute your Axiom score, ABC state, and Flow Points based on your platform activity.
  • To generate Veritas records (on-chain anchoring) for PACTs, Mosaics, and completed collaborations.
  • To send you notifications about matches, invitations, PACT signatures, project updates, and other relevant activities.
  • To improve, personalize, and optimize the Platform and develop new features.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against unauthorized use.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • With Other Users: Your profile information, force type, university badge, Axiom grade, and public project details are visible to other Platform users as part of the collaborative experience.
  • With Collaborators: When you enter into PACTs, join Missions or Mixtures, your relevant profile and contribution data is shared with your collaborators.
  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including cloud hosting (Cloudflare R2), authentication (Firebase), and AI services (Groq) for territory generation and content validation.
  • Blockchain Records: Veritas-anchored records contain collaboration metadata (participant names, roles, timestamps) and are stored on the Polygon blockchain. Once anchored, these records are immutable.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Collaboration records, PACTs, and Veritas-anchored data are retained indefinitely as part of the permanent collaboration record. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us, subject to our obligation to retain certain records for legal or legitimate business purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Firebase, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
